Emma plans the week’s menus around your group: what you love, what you’d rather skip, and any allergies or dietary needs. Expect plated breakfasts, bright lunches on deck, canapés at sundown and a proper sit-down dinner.
Out of the galley she’s usually in the water. She’s a keen snorkeler and diver and loves exploring a new anchorage as much as the guests do.
